Creator Review 隐私政策
Creator Review 是 GrowMax 提供给受邀客户的项目达人筛选工具。扩展仅处理完成项目筛选所必需的数据，不出售用户数据，也不将数据用于广告、征信或与产品核心功能无关的目的。
1. 我们处理的数据
- 身份验证信息：使用 Google 登录时，我们处理 Google 提供的稳定账号标识、已验证邮箱、姓名和头像。我们不申请或读取 Gmail 邮件。登录会话令牌保存在当前浏览器的本地存储中。
- 项目授权信息：项目访问码仅用于将某个项目提报轮次绑定到您的客户账号，不会以明文长期保存在扩展或服务端。
- 项目与达人信息：当前项目允许展示的达人名称、账号、主页链接、报价、地区、推荐理由和项目状态。
- 筛选记录：您选择的“待确认”“选中”或“不匹配”状态，以及您主动填写的备注。
- 当前页面公开数据：在 Instagram、TikTok、YouTube 和 X 的达人主页识别公开账号以展示客户专属悬浮卡；Instagram 页面还会读取已经加载的公开粉丝数和 Reels 播放数据。
- 客户悬浮卡快照：服务端在独立客户数据库中保存账号与项目/提报轮次的绑定、项目名、访问码签发时间、对客报价、客户审批状态和备注；不保存或展示内部成本、黑名单和内部评价。
- 运行与安全日志：服务端可能记录请求时间、IP 地址、扩展版本、项目编号和关键操作类型，用于安全防护、故障排查和项目支持。
2. 数据如何使用
- 通过 Google 验证您的客户账号，并验证您是否可以访问已绑定的项目和提报轮次；
- 展示当前项目的达人提报名单并打开对应主页；
- 在本地暂存尚未同步的筛选结果，避免网络中断导致数据丢失；
- 将您确认的筛选结果同步回该项目的数据表；
- 在受支持的达人主页汇总展示该账号已绑定项目允许查看的客户悬浮卡；
- 每个客户账号可免费分析 5 位达人的粉丝地区；额度用完后不再开放新的分析。
3. 浏览器权限说明
- storage：保存项目会话、本地草稿、筛选进度和必要缓存。
- sidePanel：在 Chrome 侧边栏中提供筛选界面。
- identity：打开 Google 登录授权窗口并接收登录结果；仅请求 openid、email 和 profile，不请求 Gmail 邮件权限。
- 达人主页访问：在 Instagram、TikTok、YouTube 和 X 的达人主页运行内容脚本，用于识别公开账号并展示悬浮卡；不会读取 Cookie、密码、私信或无关表单内容。
- kol.grow-max.com：通过 HTTPS 与 GrowMax 服务端通信。
4. 存储、保留与删除
- 项目访问码不会以明文长期保存；客户账号会话默认最长有效 30 天，并由服务端校验有效期。项目被停用后，该项目授权会立即不可用。
- 未同步草稿和公开资料缓存保存在当前浏览器本地，不通过 Chrome Sync 同步。同步成功后对应草稿会被删除。
- 项目数据和筛选结果保存在项目专属数据表中；客户可见字段会同步到独立客户数据库，以便持续展示悬浮卡，并根据项目合作和法定义务保留。
- 您可以通过清除扩展数据或卸载扩展删除浏览器本地数据；也可以联系我们申请访问、更正或删除服务端数据。
5. 服务提供方与数据共享
扩展不会直接持有飞书凭证。GrowMax 服务端代表项目访问项目配置的数据表。启用公开资料或粉丝地区分析时，服务端可能向 TikHub 提交达人账号或公开内容标识以取得分析结果；不会向 TikHub 提交项目访问码、项目会话令牌或客户备注。除提供核心功能、安全防护、法律要求或经您明确授权外，我们不会向第三方共享数据。
6. 安全
扩展与服务端之间使用 HTTPS。Google ID Token 由服务端校验签名、签发方、接收方和有效期；访问码在服务端以加盐哈希保存，客户会话带服务端签名和有效期。飞书及第三方服务凭证仅保存在服务端。

Creator Review Privacy Policy
Creator Review is an invitation-only creator review tool provided by GrowMax. It processes only the data needed to review creators for a specific project. We do not sell user data or use it for advertising, credit decisions, or purposes unrelated to the extension's core functionality.
Data processed
The extension uses Google Sign-In and processes the Google account's stable identifier, verified email, name, and profile image. It does not request or read Gmail messages. A project access code only binds a specific project submission round to that customer account. The extension also processes project and creator records made available to the invited client, review statuses and optional notes, public creator identifiers on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and X, public follower and Reels performance data already loaded on Instagram, and limited server logs for security and support. A separate customer database stores account-to-project bindings, project names, access-code issue times, client-facing quotes, approval statuses, and client notes; it does not contain internal costs, blacklists, or internal reviews.
Use, storage, and sharing
Data is used to authenticate the customer account, enforce access to bound project submission rounds, display the invited creator list and client-specific floating card, open creator profiles, preserve unsynced review drafts locally, and synchronize confirmed decisions to the project's data sheet. Local data is not synchronized through Chrome Sync. The customer session is valid for up to 30 days by default and is checked by the server. Each customer account can run five complimentary creator audience analyses. GrowMax's server may use Feishu to read and update the project sheet and TikHub to obtain public creator profile or audience analysis data. Google ID tokens, access codes, session tokens, and client notes are not sent to TikHub.
Your choices and contact
You can remove local data by clearing extension data or uninstalling the extension. Contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of server-side data.

Creator Review's use of information received from Chrome APIs adheres to the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Creator Review's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs also adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
